Scope of the service

DummyTicket.shop arranges genuine reservations and booking confirmations through third-party providers. We do not supply fabricated booking references or forged documents. The service description for the product purchased determines the document and limitations that apply.

A flight reservation or airline hold is not a paid airline ticket, is not valid for travel and does not entitle you to board a flight. A hotel confirmation used for an application does not by itself entitle you to occupy a room without meeting the property's booking, payment and cancellation conditions. Validity and release of a reservation depend on the actual provider's terms. An e-ticket number is available only when an airline genuinely issues a ticket, not from a reservation hold or an issued-ticket enquiry.

Third-party processing and timing

Ticket processing, issuance and fulfilment depend on third-party providers, suppliers or processing partners. We do not exercise complete control over their availability, operational decisions, systems or response times. Processing times vary, and certain bookings may take more than seven (7) days to be issued or delivered. Published timeframes are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing; seven days is not a guaranteed issuance deadline.

No guaranteed external acceptance

We are not affiliated with an embassy, consulate or immigration authority and do not guarantee acceptance, approval, independent verification or any decision by an airline, embassy, consulate, immigration authority or other institution. A genuine reservation is not necessarily suitable for every visa, travel or immigration purpose. Decisions remain with the relevant independent institution.

Check the requirements for your intended use

Before purchasing or relying on a document, review the service description, limitations and estimated processing times, and confirm the current requirements published by the relevant airline, embassy, consulate, immigration authority or other institution. Provide accurate traveller and trip information and do not alter documents or misrepresent their status or validity.

Refund requests and legal rights

Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed individually under our Refund Policy. A delay, including one exceeding seven days, does not alone automatically guarantee a refund. The circumstances of the order, commitments made at purchase and applicable law must be considered. Third-party delays or refund refusals do not automatically remove our own obligations. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes responsibility for our actionable errors, mandatory consumer protections, binding payment-provider requirements or any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
