Refund policy

Full refund situations

• We cannot place a genuine airline hold for your route or dates.
• We cannot secure a free-cancellation hotel booking for your stay.
• The document we deliver cannot be verified by the airline or property.
• We fail to deliver within 24 hours of a confirmed payment.

How to request one

Email support@dummyticket.shop with your order number. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 2 business days and always within 10.

What is not refundable

• A visa refusal. No provider can guarantee an outcome.
• Orders where incorrect traveller details were supplied and already fulfilled — we will reissue once free of charge instead.
• An expired validity window chosen by the customer.

Cancellations

You can cancel free of charge any time before fulfilment begins. Once a hold has been placed in your name, the order is fulfilled.
