Service description
We issue itinerary reservation PDFs intended for visa documentation. The PDF is not a ticket for travel and cannot be used to board a flight.
Customer responsibilities
You confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are using the document for lawful documentation purposes, and that you will not present it at any airline check-in counter or boarding gate.
Refunds
If we fail to deliver, we refund in full. Before delivery you may cancel for a refund minus payment-processor fees. After delivery the order is non-refundable.
Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee that any particular embassy will accept the reservation. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the issuing authority.
