Information we collect

• Traveller names, dates of birth, nationality and passport numbers where supplied or required for the booking.
• Trip details, including airports, routes, cities, travel dates, hotel stays, guest numbers and rooms.
• Contact email, order notes and information you provide in support correspondence.
• If you submit a customer review, your public display name, rating, written feedback and submission date. Approved reviews are displayed publicly; review invitations are linked privately to delivered orders.
• Order references, service selections, coupon or referral information, amounts, payment-session references and payment status.
• Cookie preferences and, when you consent to analytics, browsing information such as pages visited and related device and interaction information processed by Google Analytics.

Why we use information

We use customer and booking information to administer purchases, arrange third-party processing and fulfilment, send order communications, answer enquiries, review refunds and payment issues, maintain appropriate records and meet applicable legal obligations. Traveller details must be accurate so that providers can arrange the requested service. Optional analytics help us understand website use after consent.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to perform a contract or take steps at your request before purchase, meet legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests in administering and securing the service, subject to your rights. Optional analytics rely on your consent, which you may withdraw.

Third-party providers and operational services

Necessary customer, traveller and trip details may be shared with airlines, hotels, booking systems, suppliers and processing partners involved in your order. We also use service providers for website hosting, order records, payment processing, email delivery, cookie preferences and consented analytics. Order details are included in internal owner notifications for fulfilment and support. We do not sell personal information.

Providers may process information in other countries and may have their own privacy and retention terms. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, those requirements continue to apply. This policy does not promise a particular storage location or an unverified transfer arrangement.

Payments

Payments are handled through Stripe Checkout. Payment-card details are entered with the payment processor, not collected in our booking fields or stored in our order records. We receive payment-related references and status information needed to administer the order. Stripe's own privacy terms govern its processing of payment information.

Retention

Customer, traveller and order information is retained for order administration, fulfilment, support, dispute handling and applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations. Retention requirements depend on the information and purpose. This policy does not guarantee automatic deletion 90 days after delivery or a fixed deletion date. You may request deletion; any information that must be retained under applicable law or for a lawful unresolved matter may be kept for that purpose. Third-party providers' records may have separate retention requirements.

Security

Order administration uses access controls, and payment entry is handled by the payment processor. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure. We do not guarantee absolute security or claim an unverified security certification.

Cookies and analytics

Cookies and similar technologies support website and payment functions and record cookie preferences. CookieYes manages the cookie-consent banner. The website initializes Google Analytics only after you explicitly consent to analytics. Our page-view tracking excludes URL query parameters to avoid sending order or contact information contained in them. You may refuse optional analytics or change your choice through the cookie-preference controls. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Enquiries and external contact services

If you contact us by email, we use the information you send to respond and handle your request. Those communication services also process information under their own terms. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry.
