To issue your dummy ticket, we collect: passenger full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and the route/date details you enter on the booking form. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
We use this information only to generate your itinerary, deliver it to your email, and provide support. We do not sell your data, share it with marketing networks, or use it for any other purpose.
Retention
We retain order records for 24 months for accounting and dispute purposes, then delete them. You can request earlier deletion by emailing support.
Your rights
